Shipping Guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit card processing.
All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours.
Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
rebeccataylor.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

How do you ship the merchandise?

Rebeccataylor.com offers Overnight, 2nd Day and UPS ground shipping. Merchandise are shipped by UPS freight carriers typically to arrive at the destination in 3-5 business days non-guarantied service. This freight can also be expedited and guarantied for an extra fee. We will e-mail your tracking number for the items you have ordered after the item has been shipped. Contact information for freight carriers is also included.

International shipping costs, methods and disclosure.

We ship to most international destinations except Japan , South Korea , China and Taiwan . Please contact customer service for shipping charges. International orders cannot be marked as gifts and actual value will be declared on customs form as required by law. You are solely responsible for customs and taxes.
