RETURN POLICY
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were sent within 14 days of receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer. Please email customerservice@rebeccataylor.com or call our customer service number at: 212.966.0406 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). RA#'s expire 10 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since RebeccaTaylor.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the shipping process. Please fill in your name, address and RA# on the return form which was included with the garment and return to following address: REBECCA TAYLOR 260 Mott Street New York, NY 10012 All requests will be processed after our Returns Department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. A return credit takes approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice. |
